This stock medical exhibit depicts post-accident injuries in a series of exhibits. The first illustration shows a lateral view of the post-accident condition of the cervical spine and an anterior view of the post-accident condition of the bones of the shoulder. The second illustration is an enlargement of the cervical spine injuries as seen on an MRI with illustrative enhancement. It included reversal of the cervical curvature, foraminal encroachment at C6-7 and a posterior osteophyte at C5-6 causing significant encroachment and compression of the spinal cord. The third illustration is an enlarged view of the post-accident condition of the shoulder, including a fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus. The fourth illustration shows an anterior view of the post-accident condition of the ankles, including swelling and inflammation of the left ankle from a sprain.
