Indications for Spinal Fusion - Medical Animation
This 3D medical animation depicts the various conditions necessitating a spinal fusion, a surgical procedure performed on the spine to weld two or more vertebrae together using surgical hardware and bone graft material. Spinal fusions may be done to correct a number of conditions; a fractured vertebra, excessive motion between vertebra, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, scoliosis or kyphosis and a bulging or herniated disc.
